On August 3, 2024, The State Council issued the Opinions of The State Council on Promoting High-quality Development of Service Consumption, which clearly proposed to promote the opening of high-quality educational resources by institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutions, and social organizations to meet the public's desire for diversified and personalized learning needs. At the same time, it encourages high-level cooperation with internationally renowned institutions of higher learning in China to promote the internationalization of education.

In response to the "Opinions of The State Council on Promoting High-quality Development of Service Consumption" and the "China Education Modernization 2035" and the "Implementation Plan", the Institute of Systems Economics of the Communication University of China held a unique "Sino-Foreign Master's Program Presentation" at the International Exchange Center of the Communication University of China on August 8. The event aims to join hands with well-known foreign universities to carry out joint master training programs, build a diversified learning platform for domestic talents, and broaden their horizons and career development paths.

The meeting was presided over by Mr. Zhang Jinliang, assistant president of the Institute, and Professor Zan Tingquan, dean of the Institute of Systems Economics of Communication University of China, attended and delivered an enthusiastic speech. Zan not only introduced the establishment background, academic achievements and functions of the institute, but also won bursts of applause from the guests with his humorous speech style.

Mr. Zhang Jinliang introduced in detail the cooperative universities and project advantages of the "Sino-Foreign Master Program", so that the participants had a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the program.
