On the morning of July 3, the opening seminar of the 2024 major theoretical research project of the China Federation of Arts and Culture, "Research on the Party's Cultural Leadership and Original Creative Power of Literature and Art", co-sponsored by the Theory Research Office of the China Federation of Arts and Culture and the School of Drama and Film of the Communication University of China, was held in the Communication University of China.

The opening seminar was presided over by Professor Li Shengli, director of the Drama and Literature Department of the School of Drama, Film and Television of the Communication University of China.

The major theoretical research project of the China Federation of Arts and Culture "Research on the Party's Cultural Leadership and original Creativity of Literature and Art" was developed by the Science and Research Office of the China Federation of Arts and Culture. Based on the needs of The Times of high-quality development of literary and art creation, the ideological position is very high, aiming at strengthening the Party's cultural leadership, leading and stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of literary and art creation. Actively explore the paths, strategies and methods of realizing the dual strength of "the Party's cultural leadership" and "the original creativity of literature and art", so as to better meet the aesthetic needs of the people, cultivate people's hearts, cast souls, enhance the Party's cultural leadership, maintain national cultural security, and establish a positive national cultural image. The experts at the meeting conducted a multi-dimensional and multi-level in-depth discussion on the discrimination of the two important concepts involved in the topic, the historical development of the Party's cultural leadership, the structure level of the topic research, innovation and research ideas and methods, and highly evaluated and analyzed the important theoretical research value and practical application value of the topic. And put forward pertinent opinions and suggestions on the key and difficult problems and research innovation breakthroughs of the subject, and the seminar was a complete success.
