In 1978, at the age of 16, Zan Tingquan, in his first year of high school, broke the law and entered the university to study physics (Department of Physics, Fuyang Normal College, Anhui Province, 1978-1982).

       My master's degree is in permafrost thermodynamics, which belongs to applied physics (Lanzhou Institute of Glaciology and Geocryology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1982-1985).

       My first PhD was in theoretical Ecology (Lanzhou University, 1987-1990), and my second PhD was in Industrial Economics (Jinan University, 1997-2000).

       In 1989, Zan Tingquan went to Germany as a senior visiting scholar at the Aachen Technical University, visiting the United States, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Singapore and South Korea.

       Scientific research expertise

       For 16 years, Zan Tingquan has been trying to deeply reflect on and seriously explore the theoretical system of economic science from the three levels of philosophy, mathematics and technology, and has initially constructed the philosophical framework of systematic economics, obtained dozens of new results in mathematical form, and put forward the basic steps and applied principles for developing the systematic economy.

       Zan Tingquan presided over the completion of two National Natural Science Foundation projects and 10 provincial and ministerial projects, In the International Journal of Kybernetes, American Mathematical Review, Applied Mathematics and mathematics He has published more than 100 academic papers and 10 academic monographs in important journals at home and abroad, such as System Engineering Theory and Practice, Management World, China Industrial Economics, Research on Quantitative and Technical Economics, and Economic Trends.

       Scientific research work

       Among them, "System Economics" (Volume 1 and Volume 2) is regarded as the founding work of system economics, and gradually formed the trinity of "system era, system economy and system management" and its own academic ideological system: human society has entered the system era; System economy is a new economic form under the background of system times, and media economy is a typical manifestation of system economy. System management is a modern management mode corresponding to system economy with stronger ability of observation and control.
